Servant is a word that we typically think of in a negative way. In the book of Luke, Jesus taught, “No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.”
The Bible is full of examples of how that we are to serve God. For this reason, I have chosen servant as being one of the 7 Ironclad Christian Characteristics. Episode 24 will discuss how we are to serve as Christians and give examples both from Old and New Testament examples.
